A WELCOME LOCAL IRISH BREAKFAST HAMPER
Welcome Breakfast Hamper will be provided for your first breakfast at Glenview Lodge and includes free range eggs, freshly squeezed orange juice, Glenview Lodge home made brown bread, Dromcollogher Black Pudding and Bacon, Irish sausages, Flahavins’ porridge, Local Farmhouse Cheese, Barry’s tea, coffee, fruit, Irish fruit preserves, tomatoes together with Golden Vale milk and Kerrygold butter.

B. HISTORY TALK
On one evening of your stay join us for a personal and passionate account of Irish history in general. Immerse yourself in some Irish History in this historical home.
We will chat about how major historical events in Ireland effected the local area and community. The history of the Glenview Farm and Lodge and the Sullivan family who lived at Glenview will also be included. We will refer to the Irish legends which relate to the area and which have been passed down to us over the centuries.

C. IRISH STEW
Irish Stew will be provided to you at Glenview Lodge on one evening of your stay and this is a traditional Irish dish which includes tender pieces of Irish lamb simmered in a herb broth with root vegetables accompanied with Irish potatoes followed with Monica’s scones with fruit preserve and cream.
