Below is a breakdown of all our rental rates for our unique Irish Home. Please email us to enquire about availability and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

PAYMENT
Deposit 33% of total cost required on booking and balance payable one month before arrival. If booking is made within one month of date of arrival, full payment is required at time of booking.
Electricity/heating oil and fuel for stove
A deposit of €10.00 per night is included in your rental charge for electricity and heating oil. This is metered and the actual cost of electricity and heating oil is calculated at the time of departure with additional amount paid or refunded depending on actual usage. We endeavour to minimize our impact on the environment by economic use of electricity and heating oil.
A food essentials starter pack of tea, coffee, milk, fruit and bread (or biscuits) is provided together with a starter pack of logs for stove which have been cut from fallen trees and branches. Further provisions can be purchased in Broadford village 2kms away.
WIFI ACCESS
Complementary WIFI access is provided in living room and bedrooms.
Cancellation Charges
If you have to cancel your holiday for whatever reason we reserve the right to make a cancellation charge as follows:-
Travellers who cancel at one month before check-in will get back 100% of amount paid.
You can use Stripe to pay for your accommodation quickly, safely and securely.
It is important that guests provide their own comprehensive travel insurance to cover any injury or damage to their belongings during their stay.
