Below is a breakdown of all our rental rates for our unique Irish Home. Please email us to enquire about availability and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

PAYMENT
Deposit 33% of total cost required on booking and balance payable 21 days before arrival. If booking is made within 21 days of date of arrival, full payment is required at time of booking.
Electricity/heating oil and fuel for stove
Electricity and heating oil are metered and actual cost is calculated at time of departure. A complementary starter pack of logs is provided for stove. Additional logs can be purchased in Broadford village.
WIFI ACCESS
Complementary WIFI access is provided in living room and bedrooms.
Cancellation Charges
If you have to cancel your holiday for whatever reason we reserve the right to make a cancellation charge as follows:-
Travellers who cancel at least 7 days before check-in will get back 100% of amount paid.
You can use Stripe to pay for your accommodation quickly, safely and securely.
It is important that guests provide their own comprehensive travel insurance to cover any injury or damage to their belongings during their stay.
